Each year NHBS members send in designs one of which will be selected by a membership vote the result of which is announced at the AGM on the first Saturday in March.  The voting is open to NHBS members only who may send their votes by email, post, telephone or in person at the AGM.  We just need your name membership number and the brass design number of your choice.

Membership Information


The National Horse Brass Society was formed in 1975 to cater for people interested in harness decorations, especially those for the heavy horse.

Will prospective members please note, you can now join online and pay by Pay Pal if you so wish.

This brass was produced in 2018 to commemorate the 2017 record as the longest serving Prince of Wales and in celebration of his 70th birthday
